• $120,000 /yr Posted May 19, 2026 A well-established and reputable construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join its team.

This organization values integrity, quality workmanship, and innovation, and is looking for a strong field leader who is passionate about safety, problem solving, and delivering high-quality projects What You'll Do The Construction Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising field staff and daily operations Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and vendors Acting as liaison between field teams and project management Managing schedules, materials, and workforce planning Resolving construction challenges and maintaining productivity Monitoring project budgets and resource allocation Ensuring compliance with safety standards (OSHA) Maintaining documentation and reporting Reviewing submittals and issuing RFIs Supporting quality control and project planning efforts Mentoring and developing field personnel Qualifications 10+ years of construction industry experience 5+ years in a supervisory role Strong background in commercial construction (general, industrial, or restoration) Hands-on experience in trades such as concrete, masonry, carpentry, or site work Ability to read blueprints and manage site layout and grades Strong scheduling and project coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Procore, Sage/Timberline, or Microsoft Project is a plus Valid driver's license with insurable record Ability to pass background screening Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 and CPR certification Benefits
