Seeking residential GC (5+ completed builds) open to East Coast travel for 3-6 cabin builds/year

We are a funded lodging company with 4 completed ground-up operating properties building the same 1,665 sqft cabin on rural lots across the East Coast. Land is already closed in NY, NC, TN, GA, and ME. Same floor plan, same kit, same finishes, same 400-item buy list every time, with pre-engineered plans, full MEP plans, 80+ page guidebook, and furnished crew housing provided near each site. Target total project cost is $700k to $800k per build including site work, septic, well, driveway, and travel, excluding land. Initial 3-year pipeline is roughly $12m based on current owned lots and active acquisition, targeting 3-6 builds per year with 2 running simultaneously and a goal of building permit to certificate of occupancy in under 5 months. Please only apply if you are open to a 2+ year working relationship and regular multi-state travel. This is not a local GC oversight role and not a job for someone who mainly coordinates local builders from a distance. We need one builder-led team that can move from state to state, repeat the same product, build up experience, reduce costs over time, and own schedule and execution on the ground. Because every build is the same product, your crew gets faster and more profitable with each one. Local permit support or qualifier relationships can be arranged separately where lawful and needed, but the core role is hands-on project delivery by a traveling builder team.
