Job Description Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely completion. Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Monitor project budgets and provide updates on cost control measures. Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines. Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or delays. Ensure necessary permits and documentation are secured and up to date. Support the project manager in client communication and reporting. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have: A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination in construction projects. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Proficiency with relevant software tools used in construction project management.
