Job Description

Dynamic position working with the Director of Construction. Assist with the overall coordination of the estimating and production personnel and work flow, maintenance of the Director's schedule, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. A candidate needs to be a self starter as the Director is out of the office for more than 50% of the time, be able to assist with the distribution of assignments, and organized to follow up on all of the issues the Director is working on. Construction experience is a must and experience with construction billings a plus. Specific Duties of the
Administrative Assistant:
Review all emails sent to and from the Director of Construction. Determine to whom an email should be forwarded to perform follow up (estimating or project manager). Follow up on all deadlines/deliverables to those assigned. Assist in the preparation of proposals, purchase orders, memos, correspondence, and submittals. Assist in the organization of project files both in hard copy and electronically. Assist in the development of project billings Maintain all company wide permits (DOB, DOT, etc.)

Requirements:
All Microsoft Software Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized. Handle fast paced and high pressure situations.
