7:00 - 9:45 am

Afternoon Program:

3:30 - 6:30 pm Opportunities available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

Part time, non-exempt Do you love working with kids? Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at our Netherwood Elementary School location for the 2026-2027 school year.

What Success Looks Like Program Quality:

Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program's model and families consistently choose to re-enroll

Staffing:

The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids

Compliance:

The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day

Inventory:

The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13. Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations. Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability. Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
