With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering projects throughout the Rochester market. The ideal candidate has experience leading field operations on $20M-$50M commercial construction projects and is comfortable managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and delivering high-quality projects safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and trade sequencing Manage project schedules and maintain milestone completion Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards Enforce OSHA and company safety policies across the jobsite Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily field activities Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and project goals Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and proactively resolve field issues Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and project logs Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities Project Types Commercial Construction Ground-Up Multifamily Public Works Renovations and Tenant Improvements Requirements 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or public works projects required Experience on projects ranging from $20M-$50M preferred Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead multiple trades while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals Compensation & Benefits Annual bonus potential Vehicle allowance Mobile phone allowance Medical benefits Paid holidays and PTO Stable pipeline of commercial and multifamily projects Long-term growth with a growing general contractor
