$26.27/hr

Associate's Degree in a Human Service field or 3 years experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid New York State Driver's License. 1 year of supervisory experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise direct care staff including but not limited to, scheduling (while on duty), providing performance feedback, evaluations and corrective actions. Must be willing to travel to multiple sites using own vehicle. Monitor the condition of the physical plant, equipment and materials utilized by the program. Monitor and ensure compliance with agency policies and all applicable Federal, State, and County regulations. Participate in the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team planning process. Coordinate and schedule appropriate leisure activities. Prepare monthly reports as needed to ensure compliance with all departmental policies.
Non-Essential Functions:
On an as needed basis, supervise and participate in the provision of direct care tasks that promote good daily work habits in regard to attending to residents' personal needs.
Physical Demands:
