Overview Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multi-disciplinary construction activities, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key driver of project success, you will utilize your expertise in construction management software, scheduling tools, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations and industry standards. Responsibilities Lead the development and management of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software to ensure timely completion of all phases. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review plans, specifications, and construction documents such as blueprints and plans. Manage project budgets by tracking costs using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools; implement cost control measures to stay within financial targets. Supervise teams on-site and in office settings, providing clear direction and fostering effective communication to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and contractual obligations through diligent documentation and regular inspections. Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Prolog, or Construction Management platforms to monitor progress, update schedules, and generate reports for stakeholders. Skills Extensive experience with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite for project planning and reporting. Proven ability managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on civil engineering components using Civil 3D or similar design software. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes, cost management strategies, and budget tracking techniques. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting construction plans, contracts, and technical specifications. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role while maintaining high safety standards. Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments. Experience coordinating construction schedules to optimize resource allocation and project timelines across multiple stakeholders. $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
