In this vital role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, manage teams, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success by maintaining schedules, controlling budgets, and fostering effective communication among all stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex construction projects within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every detail aligns with project specifications and safety regulations. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Procore to ensure timely delivery of milestones Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain high performance standards Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with design intent Enforce OSHA safety regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare reports on progress, quality control, and safety compliance Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track Requirements Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on active sites Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P3 (Primavera), Prolog, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and the ability to coordinate complex project timelines effectively Strong understanding of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and conducting quality control inspections Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, contracts, and project documentation with attention to detail Excellent managerial communication skills with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Valid certifications such as OSHA 10/30-hour training or higher are preferred; familiarity with Ohmmeter use for electrical testing is a plus Construction site experience in commercial or infrastructure projects is essential; familiarity with pipeline projects is advantageous Join our team as a Construction Superintendent where your expertise will shape the future of innovative building projects.
