Oversee project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain seamless communication and workflow. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications align with client expectations and regulatory standards. Utilize construction estimating techniques and HeavyBid software to establish accurate budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. Manage procurement processes using tools like ProCore and Civil 3D for material tracking and site logistics planning. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction site experience, enforce safety protocols, and verify quality standards are met. Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all local building codes, permits, and legal requirements while maintaining excellent client relationships through transparent communication. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other project management tools. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration. Proven ability to manage multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
