Utilize construction estimating tools and cost management techniques to control budgets effectively while tracking project expenses. Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, progress reports, and proactive issue resolution. Ensure all work aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards for construction safety and quality assurance. Manage procurement processes by reviewing bids with HeavyBid or similar software to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards. Skills Proficiency in construction management software such as Company Cam, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management tools. Extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on schedule coordination and cost control. Strong knowledge of fire/water restoration construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Expertise in construction budget management, project scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent communication skills for clear engagement across all levels of the organization. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
