Job Description

The Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club is seeking an experienced, people-centered leader to serve as our Area Director for Niagara Falls School Sites . This leader will strengthen school-based programs serving children and families across Niagara Falls. The Area Director will coach and develop site leaders, create consistency across locations, strengthen program quality, and ensure every site provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where young people can thrive. This is a multi-site leadership role - not a permanent Site Director assignment . We are looking for someone who can develop strong leaders, establish clear expectations, solve problems, and help each assigned site succeed. How You Will Make an Impact Coach, supervise, and develop Site Directors and Site Coordinators. Build strong, accountable teams that deliver consistent, high-quality programs. Visit sites regularly to support staff, recognize strengths, and address challenges. Coordinate staffing, schedules, and substitute coverage across assigned locations. Monitor enrollment, attendance, program quality, safety, and compliance. Ensure sites meet NYS OCFS, grant, school-district, and agency requirements. Use program data and observations to identify needs and drive improvement. Build trusted relationships with principals, school personnel, families, and community partners.
