What You'll DoOversee day-to-day field operations on commercial renovation and interior construction projectsManage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics from project kickoff through completionCoordinate schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budgetConduct daily site inspections to maintain quality standards and safety complianceWork closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Architects, and OwnersLead site meetings and maintain project documentationResolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving forwardMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite environmentEnsure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and company standardsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial constructionStrong background in:
