Full Job Description Field Service Supervisor Pay Rate:
Salary based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (hours vary between 6:00 AM-6:00 PM)
Location:
Yonkers, NY 10701 1 year contract to permanent
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 8-12 technicians (hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions) Ensure preventative maintenance and system uptime meets contractual requirements Spend ~50% of time traveling across the region for field support Conduct daily system checks and schedule technicians based on client needs Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and hardware/software issues Maintain preventative maintenance programs and adjust procedures as needed Provide operational and performance status reports Manage budgets (expenses, headcount, overtime, and hours) Track inventory and submit monthly parts reports Train and evaluate technical staff Approve timecards, travel, and expenses Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and supervisory experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot systems Strong multitasking and Microsoft Office skills Comfortable working outdoors
Requirements:
