You run your own book of reconstruction jobs from scope development through the final punch list. Most jobs start from an insured loss — water, fire, or storm — and no two are alike. You put together the scope, build and manage the subcontractor network to get the work done on time and within budget, maintain complete job files throughout, and keep every customer and adjuster informed at every step. The work is varied, the timelines are real, and the outcome is yours. We are SERVPRO Team Skov, one of the largest SERVPRO operations in the Northeast with six markets across New York, Connecticut, and Maryland. Our mitigation teams generate a consistent flow of reconstruction work through an internal referral process, so you are not hunting for your next job while you are running your current ones. Our home office handles administrative coordination so your time goes to running projects, building your subcontractor network, and taking care of the client. The standard here is on time, within budget, and a customer and adjuster who would call us again. That is the job. Compensation and benefits $90,000 to $115,000 base salary, based on experience Quarterly performance bonus tied to production and quality Company vehicle 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick time Employee referral bonuses What we are looking for You do not need a restoration background. If you have managed construction projects across both the residential and commercial space for a decade or more, can coordinate multiple trades, and have delivered for clients under pressure, we will bring you up to speed on the restoration and insurance side. Strong candidates come from commercial construction, residential remodeling, general contracting, property management with construction oversight, insurance adjusting, and facilities management.
Required:
10 or more years managing construction projects from start to finish across both residential and commercial work Proven experience building and managing subcontractor relationships across multiple trades Strong client and stakeholder communication Comfort with job file management and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Valid driver's license and clean driving record Highly valued: Restoration or insurance restoration experience across water, fire, mold, or storm Familiarity with insurance adjusters, Xactimate-based scopes, and the claims process Commercial and residential project experience at scale Proficiency with project management platforms (we use DASH and Xactimate) Apply now Immediate opening.
