The Successful Applicant The successful Project Excutive candidate in Rochester, NY will have: 10+ years of construction management experience Proven leadership experience managing large or multiple projects Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning abilities Experience leading project teams and mentoring staff Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels Strong understanding of project delivery methods, contracts, and risk management Demonstrated ability to drive project profitability and client satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Experience with a MEP General Contractor (GC) or construction management firm Background managing commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, or large-scale construction projects Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers and project teams Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Strong business development and relationship management skills What's on Offer Competitive executive-level compensation Permanent position in the property industry.
