We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our Exterior Home Improvement team as a Roofing On-Site Supervisor . No prior roofing experience? No problem. We'll train you on everything—from our systems to how to confidently navigate a job site (and yes, how to safely get up and work on roofs). If you like staying active, being outdoors, and taking ownership of real projects, this is a great way to build a long-term career from the ground up—literally. Job Site:
Oversee roofing crews and keep projects moving Take It to the
Roof:
Safely access and walk roofs to check progress and quality (don't worry—we'll teach you how) Be the
Go-To Person:
Communicate with homeowners and provide updates
Stay Organized:
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and timelines
Track Progress:
Use company systems (training provided)
Close It Out:
Collect payments and help finalize projects Own the
Environment:
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience (customer service, retail, labor, etc.) Strong communication skills—you'll be customer-facing Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Willing to get your boots dirty and climb a ladder when needed Valid driver's license (required) Bilingual? That's a plus Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree preferred (not required) Recent grads encouraged to apply Physical & Work Environment Active role with a mix of field and light admin work Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs
Full-time:
45-50 hours/week Monday-Friday + occasional Saturdays Typical hours between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Consistent overtime available Compensation & Perks Starting at $17/hour + overtime + bonus potential Paid training & ongoing development Clear growth opportunities
