A Rochester GC needs a Traveling super ESOP, 401k, $600-$700 vehicle allowance, Health, Per Diem About Our Client Michael Page is the employer for this role. A company in the property industry located in Philadelphia is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their construction team. Job Description Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews to meet project timelines and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Review project plans and specifications to confirm alignment with construction goals. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Travel as required to manage multiple project sites. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Willingness to travel to various project locations as required. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $137,000 per year. Vehicle allowance of $600-$700 per month. Travel bonus and $80 per diem for travel-related expenses.
