Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial building projects. This role requires strong field leadership and hands-on experience managing projects across small box retail, university, institutional, and apartment construction , with project sizes typically ranging from $500K to $5M .Schedule/Shift:

Position Overview The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves supervising subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and maintaining strong communication with project teams and stakeholders. Requirements (Mandatory & Desired) Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $5M Background in small box retail, university, institutional, or apartment projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and OSHA regulations Proven ability to manage subcontractors, crews, and site operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Oversee daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor crews Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality Enforce OSHA and jobsite safety standards Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and vendors Maintain accurate daily reports, safety logs, and project documentation Schedule and coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries Lead on-site meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Benefits PTO Vacation Pay Bonus Pay Health Insurance 401(k) Professional Development Employee Recognition Annual Appreciation Gifts Recognized Third-Party Leadership Training About Cedar Park Group Cedar Park Group is a woman-owned staffing firm that works directly with construction contractors.
