This role offers a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while traveling nationwide.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience) Paid lodging and travel accommodations (fully arranged) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Daily per diem Monthly paid trip home Bonus potential Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance standards Coordinate with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent Experience with commercial projects (retail, gas stations, restaurants, or ground-up construction) Ability and willingness to travel full-time nationwide Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Why Join Us?
