Residential Construction Project Manager

Reconstruction Project Managers work with property owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and light commercial properties. As a Restoration Project Manager you will supervise the renovation including all of the subcontractors, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field. We are looking for individuals with a strong construction background who are comfortable being compensated on commission. Some sales experience is preferred. This position requires significant computer skills to run our estimating and job tracking software. Applicants will be tested on computer aptitude. Experience as a Builder, General Contractor, New Home Project Manager, or Retired owner of a subcontracting firm is preferred. Must have working knowledge of all Residential building systems, specifically including framing, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Experience creating estimates for projects and budgets for sub-contractors is a plus for this position. Our current associates yearly pay range is a split of base pay and commission and averages $85,000 to $120,000 depending on their production, with first year earnings of $85,000-$100,000. No limit to earning potential. This position includes a company truck, access to health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with matching, paid PTO time and paid holidays.
