As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from contract award through closeout. Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial management, and delivery of commercial glazing and architectural specialty projects. Working closely with estimating, fabrication, field operations, and accounting, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements while maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do Project Management Lead projects from contract award through closeout and warranty. Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies. Coordinate project activities with estimating, fabrication, field operations, and accounting. Conduct project kickoff meetings and maintain project documentation. Contract Administration Review owner contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements. Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project correspondence. Ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Protect the Company's commercial interests. Change Order Management Identify scope changes. Prepare and negotiate change orders. Maintain documentation supporting project changes. Maximize recovery of additional project revenue. Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, general contractors, and construction managers. Lead project meetings. Resolve project issues proactively. Build long-term customer relationships. Scheduling & Coordination Develop and maintain project schedules. Coordinate fabrication, manpower, and installation activities. Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans when necessary. Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials. Quality & Project Closeout Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contract requirements. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and final acceptance. Manage warranties and project closeout documentation. Qualifications Required 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, and scheduling. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license. Preferred Commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or Division 8 experience. Construction Management or Engineering degree. Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, Foundation, or similar construction software. OSHA 30 certification.
