DFM Solutions is seeking a Site Manager, Facilities Services to lead maintenance and reliability programs for industrial and commercial clients. You will oversee daily facility operations, direct vendor and contractor activities, manage CMMS-driven work orders, and ensure safety, compliance, and uptime targets are met. You'll analyze asset performance data, implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement. This client-facing role collaborates closely with engineering and operations teams while mentoring on-site staff and supporting training and best-practice adoption.
