Job Description
DFM Solutions is seeking a Site Manager, Facilities Services to lead maintenance and reliability programs for industrial and commercial clients. You will oversee daily facility operations, direct vendor and contractor activities, manage CMMS-driven work orders, and ensure safety, compliance, and uptime targets are met. You'll analyze asset performance data, implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement. This client-facing role collaborates closely with engineering and operations teams while mentoring on-site staff and supporting training and best-practice adoption. Responsibilities Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations for assigned client sites Manage CMMS, work orders, and maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs based on asset data Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and recommend improvements Develop and manage site maintenance budgets and cost controls Collaborate with client operations and engineering teams on reliability initiatives Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to clients Coach and mentor on-site staff, supporting training and best practices Required Skills Facilities management CMMS administration Preventive maintenance planning Reliability engineering concepts Vendor and contractor management Industrial safety and compliance Data analysis and reporting Budgeting and cost control Project management Client relationship management
