This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through completion—ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This position reports to the Director of Procurement and Special Projects. Key Responsibilities Source, vet, and manage vendors; solicit bids and negotiate contracts Build and maintain a preferred vendor network Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services Plan and manage capital and operational projects (scope, budget, timeline) Coordinate vendors and internal teams; track progress and resolve issues Conduct site visits and quality checks Manage project budgets, approve invoices, and report on costs and status Ensure vendor compliance, insurance requirements, and safe work practices Qualifications 5+ years of construction or capital project management experience Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Excel; Yardi experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Requirements Reliable vehicle for daily travel between properties Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana) This is an onsite position (Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm) with travel throughout NE Ohio where we have properties.
