Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Managing of multiple commercial construction projects including its organization, planning, budget and scheduling to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality specified.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent computer skills including: MS Office, Project, Procore and Planswift.
- Thorough knowledge of construction safety, OSHA regulations and building codes.
- Effective time management skills and decision-making abilities.
- Strong focus on quality, organization and attention to detail
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction procedures
- Knowledge of construction contracts
- Maintaining a strong client relationship
- Ability to coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project which include the owner, architect, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular meetings with the sub-contractors
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards
- Strong knowledge of construction cost control and accounting procedures.
- Ensure all project documents are completed accurately and timely.
- Ability and knowledge to resolve conflict among parties involved.
- Responsible for schedule, RFI's, submittals, change orders, and monthly billings.
- Managing the entire scope of the project from hand off to closeout.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the general construction and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of commercial building construction experience required.
- A four-year Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Good understanding of MEP building systems
- Capacity to work well under pressure and predetermined deadlines
- Excellent computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs is a must.
- General contracting and general trades experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the project
- Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain snow, wind, etc.
- Able to access all areas of the jobsite that includes stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc.
- Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, squatting, bending over, etc.
