) In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, scheduling, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex infrastructure projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop detailed construction schedules utilizing project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to track progress and identify potential delays. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and implementing cost control measures using tools like HeavyBid and construction estimating software. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and project flow. Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Lead project teams on-site by managing construction schedules, supervising subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and resolving issues promptly. Review contracts, change orders, and scope modifications to maintain clarity on project deliverables and contractual obligations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Project Management tools to streamline workflows and documentation. Foster a collaborative team environment by managing multiple teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Requirements Proven experience in commercial construction management with a strong background in managing complex infrastructure projects. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management software. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques using HeavyBid or similar software. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, interpret construction plans, and manage contracts effectively. Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements. Experience managing teams on-site with excellent leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
