Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to support both pre-construction and project execution efforts. This role is responsible for bidding and estimating commercial construction projects (public and private) and, upon award, managing projects from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with clients and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate bids and cost estimates for commercial construction projects Manage awarded projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Travel to job sites within approximately a 50-mile radius (Ohio-based projects) Develop and maintain project schedules Lead and participate in job site meetings Handle all project management administrative tasks including RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and documentation Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Establish project scope, budget expectations, and overall construction vision Qualifications & Skills Positive, "can-do" attitude with a strong work ethic Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and construction-related technology, including Bluebeam Experience Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management and/or estimating Hands-on experience is highly valued; formal education is a plus but not required. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
