Construction Project Manager

Experienced Construction Project Manager needed to lead single‑family home renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll manage crews, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, permits, and client relationships to deliver high‑quality projects on time and on budget. Strong communicator, hands‑on leader, and problem solver wanted. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle for multiple residential renovation projects: planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes ; track progress and proactively resolve delays. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crews; source and qualify new crews as needed. Conduct on‑site meetings and inspections; enforce safety and quality standards.

Prepare and manage project documentation:

change orders, permits, punch lists, client sign‑offs, and closeout packages. Communicate regularly with clients and internal leadership; provide clear status updates and accurate project notes. Collaborate with accounting and admin teams to ensure accurate invoicing and project records. Required Qualifications 5+ years experience in construction management, project coordination, or site supervision (residential renovation experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Hands‑on experience with site operations, scope writing, and quality control. Strong budgeting and schedule management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; client‑facing experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office/365 . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience with construction management software (Job Nimbus, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar).
