Contract-to-Hire Key Qualifications:

Experience managing DAS, in-building wireless, telecom construction, or large-building wireless projects. Hands-on construction management or project management experience, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, field execution, and issue resolution. Ability to work on-site daily in Cincinnati, OH for a high-visibility project. Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to manage schedule pressure, project updates, and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills:

Stadium, arena, venue, campus, hospital, airport, or other large-building wireless project experience. Familiarity with DAS equipment, RF fundamentals, OEM specifications, and/or systems such as CommScope, Corning, Ericsson, or JMA. Experience with testing, troubleshooting, quality control, punch lists, closeout documentation, as-builts, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site execution for a high-priority DAS project in Cincinnati. Coordinate subcontractors, manage project logistics, track schedules, resolve field issues, and help drive a behind-schedule project toward deadline. Communicate with customers, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to keep project scope, schedule, quality, and closeout items moving forward.
