Projects are complex, technical, and highly coordinated. Work is tied to advanced manufacturing and regulated environments where precision, timing, and execution matter. Project Managers here own outcomes from start to finish. You are responsible for delivery, not just tracking progress. That includes schedule, budget, coordination, client communication, subcontractors, and field alignment. Leadership is experienced, hands-on, and has successfully built and scaled organizations before. The structure is clear, decisions move quickly, and performance is visible.
