What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee daily field operations from project startup through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, manpower, and site logistics throughout project execution Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety expectations Lead subcontractor meetings, pull-planning sessions, and daily field coordination efforts Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams Proactively identify and solve construction challenges in the field before they impact schedule or budget Ensure projects remain aligned with schedule milestones and financial goals Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to support field execution Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and junior field personnel Project Types Healthcare construction and occupied renovations K-12 and higher education facilities Industrial and advanced manufacturing projects Aviation and specialty facility work Large-scale commercial renovations and additions Ground-up commercial construction projects Ideal Background 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Experience within healthcare, education, industrial, or commercial construction environments preferred Strong leadership, communication, and field coordination abilities Experience managing subcontractors and complex field operations across multiple phases of construction Ability to manage schedules, sequencing, manpower, and jobsite logistics effectively Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, and project execution Someone who values teamwork, accountability, collaboration, and long-term culture fit Compensation & Benefits $100K
