Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager / Field Performance Advisor to support wireless telecom construction and supplier performance initiatives in the Cleveland, OH market. This role is responsible for driving supplier accountability, improving operational performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across telecom deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wireless construction, supplier management, telecom deployment operations, and KPI analysis. Candidates should reside within 50 miles of the Cleveland, OH area.

Key Qualifications:

7+ years of telecom or construction industry experience Strong knowledge of wireless construction, safety, quality, and supplier management standards Experience overseeing contractors, telecom deployment operations, and field construction activities Ability to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement operational improvements Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Ericsson equipment experience is a plus Ability to conduct field/site visits and troubleshoot issues in real time

Key Responsibilities:
