Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Superintendent for Electrical (low voltage) Commercial Construction to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with extensive experience managing complex commercial builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate all on-site activities, manage construction teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, driving momentum and excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Travel or local to Salt Lake City, UT or Conesville, OH with the ability to travel in between is ideal.

Duties Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain high performance standards. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to facilitate accurate execution of work. Coordinate project scheduling]to optimize workflow. Monitor construction safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and federal safety standards across all site activities. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards and contractual requirements. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to maintain clarity and control over project scope and costs. Utilize construction management software for documentation, reporting, and collaboration purposes. Lead construction schedule coordination efforts to ensure timely completion of milestones. Manage budgets effectively through cost tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for team guidance and problem-solving on-site. Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong understanding of contracts, change order processes, and budgeting principles. Excellent communication skills for effective management of crews, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders. Hands-on experience with construction site safety practices including OSHA compliance training. Knowledge of heavy equipment use such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when required on-site.
