A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Job duties will consist of:
- Interpretation of construction and engineering plans
- Project takeoffs and material ordering
- Attendance of project meetings
- Coordinating field employees' daily activities and completion of daily logs
- Onsite training of new employees
- Conducting weekly safety meetings Applicants must have the following experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers license
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to work unsupervised on a daily basis
- Must be able to read and interpenetrate construction plans and specifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA training and or the ability to enforce and understand code requirements
- A minimum of five documented years in the commercial roofing trades with thorough knowledge of:
- Low slope roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modbit, Etc
- Sealant and related coatings application and product knowledge
- Flashing installation and above/ below grade waterproofing knowledge
- Slate roofing and related copper/ sheet metal fabrication We offer extremely competitive pay and benefits packages to those willing to work hard and be a team player.
