Commercial Construction Supervisor

Commercial & Industrial Construction Alvada Construction, Inc. is searching for a motivated Field Superintendent to manage daily construction operations on commercial and industrial projects. This position is ideal for someone who can lead crews effectively, maintain productivity, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. The Field Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader and works closely with project management, subcontractors, and clients to keep operations running smoothly from project start through completion. Primary Duties Oversee daily field activities on active construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and company crews Maintain production schedules and monitor project progress Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work Identify and resolve jobsite issues in a timely manner Conduct safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance standards Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Communicate updates with project managers and leadership teams Experience & Skills Prior experience supervising construction projects required Strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Leadership skills with the ability to direct multiple trades Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Commitment to workplace safety and quality craftsmanship Self-motivated and dependable
