Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers in coordinating and executing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in construction project management. The Assistant Project Manager will assist with project documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication while ensuring each project meets our standards for quality, safety, and timely completion. Jr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects. Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct site visits and assist with monitoring progress. safety, and quality. Prepare and track change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, and other project documentation. Support communication with clients, architects, and engineers. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Proactively identify project challenges and work with the team to resolve them. Jr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Qualifications Strong Organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to project management software is a plus. 2-4 year degree preferred.
