The company owns ten franchises around the greater Columbus area and has been in business for the past 46 years.

Job Description:

The prospective manager will have previous experience as a Construction Project Manager in the insurance restoration industry. Some duties or functions of the job are as follows: Must be able to scope, estimate, and manage rebuild projects. Must have a qualified network of subcontractors for the various trades involved in a loss. Markets to potential clients including Adjusters, Property Managers, Insurance Agents, etc. Reviews job scope and estimate with customer and insurance representative to obtain approval to begin projects. Ensures all proper paperwork, permits, and payment schedules are in order before job begins. Create job schedules and issue work orders to subcontractors. Maintains excellent communication with customer and insurance representative throughout the entirety of the job. Review and sign off on all work completed by subcontractors. Ensures that any quality issues are quickly resolved. Daily review of job with management. Skills and/or

Knowledge Requirements:

Proficient with Xactimate estimating software. Thorough knowledge of building and construction including materials and methods needed to complete projects. Ability to control costs without sacrificing quality. Ability to read plans and blueprints. Ability to manage, motivate, guide, and direct subordinates.

Compensation and Benefits:

$70k - $90k Salary plus commission. Company car and cell phone for business use. Benefits package including 401(k). Paid Vacation.
