I'm recruiting for an Earthwork Superintendent opportunity with a Heavy Civil Contractor in Ohio. What stands out about this role: Long-term project backlog and stable workload Major earthwork scopes including mass excavation, grading, site development, utilities, and concrete support Strong field leadership team that provides resources and support Real input into planning, scheduling, sequencing, and execution Autonomy to run projects without excessive micromanagement We're looking for someone with experience leading crews, coordinating with survey and engineering teams, managing production, and driving safe, efficient earthwork operations.
