Day-to-Day Role:
Reports to Construction Manager for Exterior Trim and Siding, primarily new construction single family homes. Monitor progress for all self-performing work, subcontractor coordination, supervision, and job site safety Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work to perform roofing installation or other related tasks Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, labor and materials Daily review of "work in place" and compliance of work with plans Manage overall safety of the job site Maintain daily paperwork such as time cards, field reports, etc. Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in residential sidings installation and/or general construction Solid working knowledge of exterior trim and siding installation, and general construction Supervisor and subcontractor experience Ability to travel from job site to job site Contract Lumber is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all candidates for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
