Job Description

CITY OF LIMA CODE ENFORCEMENT MANAGER
The City of Lima, Ohio is currently accepting resumes for the position of
CODE ENFORCEMENT MANAGER
in the Department of Housing & Neighborhoods. Under direction, supervises Property Maintenance Code Inspectors I and II and seasonal personnel; performs code enforcement functions; prepares and maintains records and reports. Performs related duties as required. Qualified candidates must possess the following: Associates Degree in Engineering, Construction, Community Planning, Public Administration, or directly related discipline plus a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible residential construction, inspection or directly related experience following post-secondary graduation with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience; or two (2) years' experience as a PMCI II. Must demonstrate proficiency in those areas listed under knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Starting Pay:
