Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Leading the construction process efforts for assigned project(s) to ensure the success is aligned with the budget, schedule, and is constructible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires the knowledge of electrical construction and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a five-year electrical apprentice program.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three to five years' experience in a project management position in construction industry. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Valid driver's license required. Strong management skills. Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated financial analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office. Tactful and has professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively with manager, employees, vendors, and others. Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player. Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance. Opportunity for travel may be available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides safety leadership. Contract administration. Project set-up. Site labor coordination and scheduling. Budgeting and estimating. Documentation/submittals/O & M's. Coordinate purchasing and sub-contracts. Production tracking. Quality control/quality assurance. Project cost control and billing. Project cost to complete/forecasting. Project change orders. Project closeout. Internal/external communication. Perform additional duties as assigned.
