$67,347.79 - $81,107.02 per year 1. Overview We are actively recruiting 6 experienced Superintendents to support our large‑scale data center construction project in Ohio. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for on‑site management of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems installation in a mission‑critical environment. Candidates must be able to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule adherence. 2. Duties Direct and supervise all MEP field operations on the Ohio data center project site. Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and the project management team. Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Procore and Microsoft Project . Interpret and enforce complex MEP drawings, specifications, codes, and client requirements. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and mission‑critical facility best practices. Lead, mentor, and manage field personnel; resolve issues and maintain positive team dynamics. Manage on‑site logistics, inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation. Superintendent Experience:
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in MEP field management, specifically on mission‑critical facilities or data center projects.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related), Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of complex data center MEP systems including power distribution (UPS, generators, switchgear), cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chilled water), fire suppression, and BMS integration.
Blueprint Reading:
Expert ability to read, interpret, and work from complex construction blueprints and technical specifications.
Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Procore and Microsoft Project (or equivalent construction scheduling and project management tools).
Leadership:
Proven strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Travel & Location:
Willingness and ability to be based on‑site in Ohio for the duration of the project with travel as needed.
