Job Description
Clean Team is looking for a dedicated & reliable PM Site Manager in Mansfield/Lexington! Position Summary As the Site Manager, you will lead daily operations to ensure our client's facility meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. You will directly manage a team of cleaner, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role critical to delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and provide ongoing support to a team of cleaners to ensure high performance and morale.
- Manage and verify the completion of daily and nightly cleaning schedules and assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and order all necessary cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
- Monitor labor hours and operational costs to ensure all tasks are completed within the site's budget.
- Enforce compliance with company uniform and PPE policies.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, professionally addressing requests and resolving issues.
- Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
- Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring the building is properly armed and secured.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and training others
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills; ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient with technology such as cell phones and computers
