$50,000+ / year guaranteed About the Role SpotOn Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Project Manager to run installs in the field. You'll show up to the job site, manage the crew, and make sure every roof, window, gutter, and siding job gets done right. This is a hands-on field role — you're on site every day, not behind a desk. What's Included $50,000 minimum guaranteed salary Company truck provided Medical, dental & vision benefits Monday-Friday schedule — Saturdays and Sundays only about once a month What You'll Do Show up to job sites and manage install crews start to finish Oversee roofing, window, gutter, and siding installations Communicate with homeowners throughout the job Coordinate material deliveries and confirm everything is on site before the crew starts Do a final walkthrough with the homeowner at completion Document jobs with photos and report status to the office daily Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Experience in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or exterior construction Ability to manage a crew and hold people accountable Strong communicator — homeowners and ownership both need to trust you Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-starter who gets things done without hand-holding To Apply spotonroof.com/careers
