S_176323 We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our established General Contracting firm in Millbury, Ohio. As a "union" shop that self-performs much of our own work, we take immense pride in our quality and tight-knit team culture of 30 to 50 employees. In this role, you will work closely with our Vice President to lead projects across the Greater Toledo area. Responsibilities:
As the lead on a project's health and progress, your primary duties will include:
Project Leadership:
Taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion while upholding high quality standards.
Scheduling & Budgeting:
Developing master schedules and managing budgets to ensure projects remain profitable and on time.
Financial Tracking:
Handling Work In Progress (WIP) projections and providing financial reporting to senior leadership.
Contract Management:
Overseeing subcontracts and vendor relationships to ensure high performance.
Safety & Quality:
Driving a culture of safety on-site and conducting rigorous quality control checks.
Working hours:
7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Skills:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Field Expertise:
High-level field experience is highly valued as an equivalent to formal education.

Qualifications:
Experience:
5 to 10 years of solid experience in construction management.
Technical Proficiency:
Sharp skills with project scheduling software and budget management tools.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Availability:
Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule of 40+ hours per week and travel to various project sites as required. Apply today!
