Job Description As a Lead Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for driving project execution and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations on mid and large-scale mission critical job sites Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field teams Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety audits, and as-built records Monitor quality control and proactively resolve field issues Lead site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades Mentor junior field staff and promote a positive job site culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction should have: Strong experience as a Lead / Senior Superintendent (ideally in mission critical / data center construction) Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with construction management software OSHA 30 certification preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $180,000 annually, based on experience.
