Position Summary:
E.S. Wagner Company has an excellent opportunity for a Bridge Foreman . A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include: Promote and maintain a safe work environment for all crew members and jobsite personnel. Conduct daily Job Hazard Analysis meetings and ensure crew members understand the day's work activities, potential hazards, and required safety measures. Effectively lead and manage daily crew activities, production, and work assignments. Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Plan, coordinate, and organize labor, equipment, and materials to support the safe, efficient, and timely completion of the project. Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, time sheets, and daily reports. Communicate project activities, needs, and issues with management, project teams, and other field personnel to coordinate construction operations.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of bridge foreman experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a strong safety culture. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve, make sound field decisions, and adjust to changing project conditions. Pre-employment drug screening required No phone calls, please.
