Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and Field Leads while driving daily project execution.
Manage project schedules, material procurement, concrete ordering, and field logistics throughout construction.
Oversee self-perform vertical and horizontal concrete work, including slab-on-grade, tilt-wall, flatwork, generator yards, foundations, and structural concrete scopes.
Partner with Operations Managers, project teams, and clients to resolve field issues and deliver projects successfully from mobilization through closeout. Requirements 3+ years of field leadership experience leading crews on commercial or industrial concrete projects; data center experience is preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, oversee self-perform concrete work, and independently drive field operations.
Communication skills and adaptable. Someone who embraces new ways of thinking while teaching, mentoring, and developing field talent.
