If you're a hands-on leader with experience managing underground utility installations and leading crews safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee daily field operations for underground utility projects, including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, waterline, and related site work. Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every job site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners to ensure quality work and successful project delivery. Plan daily work activities, manage production, and solve field challenges as they arise. Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and materials. Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supervising underground utility construction projects. Strong knowledge of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, waterline, excavation, and grading operations. Proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Experience coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors. OSHA and safety knowledge preferred. Valid driver's license required. Prior experience should include supervising projects for owners such as ODOT, Cities or Counties Why Karvo?
