Driver's License Full Job Description Duties:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the property
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed promptly
  • Coordinate and supervise property leasing activities, including advertising, showing units, and screening potential tenants
  • Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and tenant information
  • Prepare and distribute notices to tenants regarding lease violations or other important information
  • Enforce lease agreements and ensure tenants adhere to property rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
  • Administrative skills, including record keeping, filing, and data entry
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment operation
  • Familiarity with property leasing processes and Fair Housing regulations
  • Understanding of property maintenance practices
